Our role is limited to connecting devotees with experienced and authorized pandits who conduct the puja rituals. We do not directly perform or conduct religious ceremonies.

Booking and Payment for Services

Users may book pujas through the Platform by providing accurate personal details and completing the required payment process.

• Charges displayed include service or convenience fees. Applicable GST will be added at checkout.
• Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment processing.
• Booking details are forwarded to an authorized pandit once payment is completed.
• Payments are processed through third‑party payment gateway providers.

AIGS Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for transaction failures, delays, or technical errors caused by payment gateway providers.

Customer Responsibilities

By placing a booking through the Platform, the user confirms that:

• All personal details provided are accurate and truthful.
• The user has reviewed and accepted the service description and pricing before booking.
• The user is legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

Account Registration and Usage

To access certain services, users may be required to register or authenticate through login methods such as Google Sign‑In. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and ensuring account information is accurate.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Offline Puja Attendance

For offline puja bookings:

• Users must arrive at the temple on the scheduled date.
• Devotees should be present at least seven hours before temple closing time.

By using the Platform, users consent to receive communications via email, SMS, phone calls, or other digital channels.

Platform Availability

AIGS Pvt. Ltd. does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Downtime may occur due to maintenance, server issues, network failures, or payment gateway problems.

Intellectual Property
